Here's a quick overview of the series

There are 12 chapters in total. Each chapter has Videos (scroll down!), Downloads and a Shop & Learn More section to help you dive deeper when you want. This online series has both a Preschooler and Toddler version, so make sure you are in the correct one. You will see the age at the top left corner of the navigation bar. You have access to both the Toddler and Preschooler versions with your purchase. You will find the information is similar, but the examples and children in the videos themselves are age specific.

Preschooler = 3 to 6 years old

Toddler = 15 months to 3 years old

This online series is based on Dr. Jane Nelsen’s Positive Discipline parent education and the latest research on brain and child development. Positive Discipline's foundation is anchored on the theories of psychologists Alfred Adler and Rudolf Dreikurs. It helps your child feel a sense of significance and belonging through learning important life skills of empowerment, self-reliance and cooperation. This parenting style encourages kindness and firmness at the same time.

Kindness is the way we interact and connect with our children, honoring their dignity and respecting their needs.

Firmness is the way we respect ourselves and the needs of the situation, as well as following through with what we say we are going to do.
