Here's a quick overview of the course

Welcome to Sproutable's Introduction to Positive Discipline Principles. There are 8 chapters in total. Each chapter has a video, downloads, a learn more section, and a short quiz to help you dive deeper. The downloads may include scripts and/or action plans that are helpful for the quiz. You will need to complete each quiz in order to receive full STARS credit (Washington State only at this time).

Once the course is completed, you will be able to receive a certificate of completion.

Follow these steps for each chapter

• Watch the chapter video
• Go to Downloads (you will find this on the left hand column or click "Complete & Continue" on the top of the screen)
• Go to the Learn More section to see additional links to videos and blogs to deepen your learning
• Complete the quiz
• Go to the next chapter
• Practice your new skills
• Feel amazing!
